This workshop will facilitate you to:
• put into words this vision
• tease out what it will take to realise the vision
• put in place a plan to deliver on the vision
• define a realistic time frame to achieve the plan

This highly interactive morning will facilitate participants to end the session with a vision statement for at least one aspect of their business and the motivation and confidence that within a defined timeframe they can “make it happen’.
Each participant will receive up to 6 dedicated 1to1 training sessions over 6-8 weeks to assist in developing a robust and practical response to the challenges and opportunities they encountered as a result of implied or imposed changes within their business sector.
